Medium Hairspray

This isn't the strongest hold, but definitely keeps structure in the hair.  It does this without leaving a sticky crunch though.  It kills frizz and protects against humidity.  Spray about 8-10 inches from head.  Please store with lid on to prevent nozzle from clogging.
